The main idea behind the design of this building - located in the 66th street of Yousef Abad - is creating a space with feeling of a home by formal and material design. In design process we used a symbol of house that is familiar to all people. Also materials and colors of the façade are mainly stone and thermowood cladding in order to accomplish the warm look we wished to acquire in the façade design. This building is recognizable in its context mostly due to its different skyline and main entrance form among the flat skylines and mono-color facades in the alley.
